upa-usb dont open the program

my upa-usb dont open the program and says
uuprog licence file not found
please copy uuprog licence to upa-usb device programmer folder.

i have copy the licence into the folder but dont work too, what can i do to make the program work good again??

i have resolved my problem, i have copied the licence file from my other computer and put him on my other laptop and now work good.
