i pad internet connection without sim card

the wife has got an ipad and i have vermin broadband can i get the wifes i pad to access the internet without a sim card?

If you have a wireless network then yes, you can connect to it

go in t setting and turn on wifi , also read up on jailbraking ie (getting every app 4 free)
