i just uninstalled an older version of toyota techstream and when i try to install the new one it says that the installer found that version 0.0.0.0 was install and that i should uninstall it to install the new one can anyone help me???

unistall the old version, from control panel select unistall programs then techstream remove.

You do not have the full version. This update. Set any previous one and then update it.
