Default Have updated but still no joy

Hi folks, I have updated to the new lakys image and loaded the new roms and left it on sky sports1 for the past day. When i do the channel scan i get them all fine, but no non-freeview channels are showing, however after leaving it on sky sports i have got a picture but it is motionless.
Can't work it out at all, i've tried just loading the new roms and leaving it and also by inputting the keys, could it be anything to do with using the wrong keys?

I'm in Chester. any help would be mucho appreicated.

check your signal rate, by pressing the red key followed by blue. your SNR should be at least 55000+. If its below try connecting your box to the main feed coming into the house, see if that helps.

cheers mate, that seems to be the problem. It's strange though because i've had the same set-up for years and nothings altered.
The singal then was varying between 3900 and 6000 averaging at about 5, any ideas on a solution or cause?

    Default Cable

could be something simple like a loose connection at the end of the cable, undo all the cables and reattach them, also are you using a booster? I would recommend getting one.

sorry guys,I was talking crap in previous post - i was looking at bitrate, the snr is a steady 60000.
from reading another post, could it be that i need to transfer the rom7 with a crossover cable as oposed to standard network cable and router?

try a different image, try blade quad which is good for problem boxes. if your getting sly sports then that means the rom has been transferred successfully. Or you can try changing your EMU by pressing blue button twice then follow options.

Might be as simple as renewing your coaxial cable mate. I had the same problem about a year ago, i renewed the coax with a drum i bought from b and q and it was sorted. A booster might help out as paranoidandroid says
