Default e46 SRS warning and seat belt coding

I have a 2000 323i 4 door that is throwing codes in the srs system for driver and passenger seat belt switch and passenger occupency detector. The receivers are new and the wiring harnes' have been replaced with those for tsb. I tried "uncoding" the three with BMW Scanner 1.4 and even when uncoded it still throws the codes. Sound like a module gone bad? When they are uncoded the module is not looking for errors. This is the first time I've used this tool.

    hi

    read faults from srs.
use inpa to see the coded option from srs.
use ncs to code the srs correctly.

    have fun!
