BMW 320 Siemens MS42 - few maps location

I am currently studying the MS42 on Bimmers. I am not so familiar with this type of ECU, so by doing the 2D analysis of this file, after getting familiar with the way the maps look in 2D in MS41 ecu, I found these maps:

- 04434 - first INJECTION AT PART THROTTLE MAP 12X16
- 045B4 - second INJECTION AT PART THROTTLE MAP 12X16
- 047C4 - third INJECTION AT PART THROTTLE MAP 12X16
- 06BD6 - SPARK ADVANCE AT PART THROTTLE MAP 16X20
- 06D16 - SPARK ADVANCE AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE MAP 16X20
- 06FAE - LAMBDA MAP 14X16

I wasn't able to find the INJECTION AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE MAP(S) and I admit I didn't search for the rev limiter as I don't know rev limit for this engine.

Other interesting question is if this MS42 ecu also has a lambda map related to second lambda sensor. Judging by the shape of the map, similar to the one of first lambda map, I would say it is somewhere in the area between 070B0 and 07178.

Any help would be apreciated.
