Default Caterpillar 70-pin in boot rom mode??

Does anybody know how to put a 70-pin caterpillar ECM in boot rom mode? I don't have any special Caterpillar harnesses or anything. I have a dead ECM that I'm trying to revive.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
