I think they will revamp Anfield like they did Fenway Park in Boston. Liverpool FC wouldn't seem to be the same if they played somewhere else just like the Red Sox would if they didn't play in Fenway. I'm sure there will be somewhat of an expansion to the stadium and a combined raising of ticket prices to raise more money to compete with the teams with larger stadiums. I know ticket prices are getting pricey but there not going to add 30,000 seats to Anfield.

They are not going to be able to hike the ticket prices up to cover the costs, it's not feasible. We are in Liverpool not London. People are struggling now to pay the ticket costs which have rocketed since the other two muppets ~~~~ed our club over.
Liverpool's cheapest seats are the most expensive cheap seats in the League right now.

It was only a few years back Liverpool and Everton's season tickets were roughly the same price, now ours must be near double that of Everton's

The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Ok, I wont mention United in this thread again......

Nevertheless, If we win tomorrow and Chelsea manage to lose, We'll be back in third, assuming we score more goals than Chelsea.

I cnt see us staying at Anfield, it will cost more money to stay to do the stadium up. They want to make money from the team from boxes, merchendise etc LFC has the least boxes from the rest of the top teams in the prem plus we have a huge list of supporters who want season tickets or matchday tickets but cnt get any.

Regarding ticket prices they will get hiked up it doesn't matter if where not in London even smaller clubs hike them up. Ok maybe not as much as London clubs but they will go up its inevitable if we do move to a new ground or stay at Anfield. If we start winning a cup or two qualify for the CL regularly again challenge for the league i think most supporters won't mind as much.

I read few months ago the new owners sent emails or letters out to everyone to find out who on the list still wanted a season ticket, IMO that was to see if their was enough interest to build a new stadium, with the ammount of people who are LFC supportes in Liverpool and in the UK, would that see a future profit to LFC, I would say yes.

Yes and this stupid ticket selling system is to determine as much aswell. I want the ticket selling to go back to how it was and I doubt we will be getting the new stadium, Build upwards at Anfield i say...

Nice to see Suarez and Carroll together up front from the start, should be interesting, shame Coates has not got a start today, 2-1 to LFC I recon.

It's quite obviously Roy Hodgsons fault todays result

On a serious note this reminds me of Newcastle/Keegan era

An over the hill manager and fans with high expectations but without the team to warrant the said expectations.

    Hodgson OUT

Oh look an Evertonian in a Liverpool thread gloating. That's about as rare as a ~~~~in pound spent by Bungalow Bill and the gypsy sock robbing bitter ~~~~ers.

What a pathetic performance that was and absolutely battering from start to finish.
We had a whole week to prepare for this game and still Tottenham make us look like a pub team.
A disgraceful performance after the stoke defeat.
Hard times ahead alot of rebuilding work to be done.
