Yesterday I actually felt a bit sorry for carrol hardly any service to him whatsoever. Downing was poor as were others but downing was like headless chicken and hendo wel think he made more square passes than anything. Overall a dissapointing performance.

Onto Bent and I know most are saying no to him and if its the wrong money then Id agree with you guys but if the moneys right dont you think we need a finisher in the box which he has proved he is.

I would like to see a much more prolific name than him but hey IF he sticks them away short term then why not cos by the time LS comes back we are gonna drop down the table
based on yesterdays performance as we just dont know who is gonna stick them in or where a goals gonna come from.

At this stage Im not sure a biggie name is gonna come to us.

id say 9 million, but tey arent going to sell for that, id be surprised if we are getting him for anything under 14 million

im not sure we should be though, we need to build a special side to win this league and with that we will be better equipped in the champions league aswell

I agree with zee i think liverpool are under pressure to get a top 4 finish this year, this is my opinion only. i think they missed out on a europa laegue place on purpose last season on the understanding that they could concentrate on getting a top 4 fiinish this year. as for bent there is one thing he is goal poacher for sure and a proven finsher somthing liverpool are short of
