Tuned ECU flash for Citroen Picasso 2.0 HDI?

Greets! - I have an early 2004 Citroen Picasso 2.0 HDI and was wondering if any kind person would have a tuned file for it (I'm after a bit extra performance but mostly xtra MPG).
If someone would to give me such file, do I have to customise it in any way before I flash it to the ECU?
