    Default Renault megane 03 drivers window fault

    2003 Megane convertible all the windows work with the roof switch and drivers window will go up with its own switch but nothing when trying to put it down with its own switch

    Check the drivers window switch, can't really be anything else

    The switch is ok as ive checked it, i plugged the multiplug in to the rear window switch and still the same

    this fault will be the small electonic box attatched to drivers window mech

    If it goes down with central switch and up on it's own, the 3 wires, neg ign, up/down are ok - assume switch worked in rear?

    *THINK* as it is french, that the window switch has 6 wires, in/out of the drivers switch, would suggest a broken wire in drivers door pillar

    looking at litace's post it would/can only suggest broke wire in drivers door
