AVDI i want to purchase

Hi Guys

im looking to buy some new equipment and i came across the Kap Diagnostics site and viewed the Avdi setup. Its not cheap but how is the general working of the equipment and modules? Is it better than having 20 other vag cables etc? I like their MB package and apparently all of them is original? So for the modules they have is it worth it going their route? Do any of you deal with them how is their after sales service ? I just made an enquiry with a guy or company called simon touch and he is supposed to be a dealer but hell no he didnt help me instead chased me away Please Give Your Valued Opinions

Defenetely not cheap but i bought it in their xmass promotion with tag key and i can say that is a best buy.
Special functions look expensive but considering the fact that you take for free all the future updates, the price is fair.
After you buy one you can join AVDI forum on Kapdiagnostics where you can ask anything and also you can find many answers without even make the questions.

Who knows what about vag commander 8.6 is good or not good? When I search vag 8.6 in google serch engine and come across , I have no idea, wheather it can be used to reallize all the function: read/erase fault code reader, key programming, mileage program.....really so complete function?

Kapdiagnostics are the main distributor of the AVDI, all equipment that Kapdiagnostics sell is 100% original, no need to worry.

Back up and after sales service is the best due to owner of KAP being Autolocksmith , with good all round vehicle knowledge.

I have purchased many many things from them delivery is usually next day, and there only a phone call away for any questions you might have. As my freind as previously said KAPDiagnostics also are the host of the OFFICIAL AVDI forum, where the guys from abritus and Kap are on hand to answer any questions.

its an absolute no brainer to buy one of these. not only can it be used for diagnostics but it can be used as a passthru device aswell so its fully working with global tis, tech2win vida, techstream etc.

then you have the ability to add special function as and when you need them for stuff like key code extraction or dpf removal and much much more.

I have bought chinese VAG Commander 8.1 and ORV Comander several weeks ago.
ORV Commander not work good, but VAG is ok.
Key programming and prepare dealer keys work ok. Other features make free programs.
10.000 euro for full VAG Commander ??

Yes m8, but with original updates are free, when youve paid youve paid. In my opinion you have wasted your money and you will be paying out again.

Us guys who have original only pay once, have back up, and confidence in our tool.

We also have BMW dis , tech2win , j2534 driver, and all the commanders diagnostics, which is constantly being updated usually every 6 weeks.

Your clone is already out of date were on VAG 10.0, with new improved firmware in our interfaces, and our interfaces dont use crappy relays for switching pins.

Everyone who has a genuine AVDI must be happy.
I love my AVDI too and i have to say for one more time thanks to obdmaster for making me (with his really helpfull posts) buy it.

I also like my AVDI - when it works.
Currently not working ( after new update ) and wait, wait, and wait for any solution from Miro.

Guys - one question about AVDI. I see on kapdiagnostics that basic AVDI interface is 888EUR. What can you do with this basic interface, without buying any of the modules? Can you do diagnostics on all listed brands VAG, Mercedes, BMW, Opel, Renault, Peugeot, Ford, Volvo ...?

Correct me if am wrong, (not have one).
Looking from web, i get idea that you buy avdi basic and you can diagnose different car manufactures, coding, adaptation, its like universal obd2-to-car with support for other software's also.
Other functions like immo, dash etc. are done via firmware, which you need to buy separate..
