Default VAG K+CAN Commander 3.6 Full - Timeout when readin Eeprom? RB4 Cluster

    Hi mates,

I have bought the above namend interface from China.
I want to read the eeprom from an A4 RB4 Cluster (2001).

When I try to read it via RB4 Cluster crypted I always get "timeout while reading eeprom". When I try the normal RB4 method the program just reads to 0x0350 and then stops.

    Any solutions?

    Thanks,
    d2mike

try and remove the serial eeprom. read it with a eeprom reader and post the dump here for some members to have a look if it can be repaired via the dump only. to repair dashes like that you need professional tools like dejavu. sometimes its possible to repair the dump only. if not then the dash will have to be repaired via obd. (providing it is a software problen and not a hardware issue) cheers.
