Renault Can Clip installation of XP Tablet Edition

hello , I have problem with instalation Renault Can Clip on Windows XP tablet edition SP3, . I tried to install versions of the v103 and v106. Each time the installation displays the message:

"Your operating system does not allow you to install this version of CLIP. Please use WINDOWS XP."

and then you can not continue the installation.

I tried to install these versions on another computer (PC) and it works, the installation is successful.

Please help me. What am I supposed to do to install it?

Install that and change OS to an XP platform
