Done factory reset on a laptop acer extensa 5235 and at log in i have learner or parent as logins can log in as learner but cant load any software as when i do it goes 2 parent log in to continue and has a password does any1 no the default password or a way around it thanks in advance...............

windows 7 default password 4 parent
