Need to post dump from FIS module... if you read complete thread you will see what others have provided...

Thank you! Actually, I have been reading through the thread, but honestly, have no idea what it means exactly. How do I get the dump from FIS module? We have tried going about it the right way....calling a dealership in Germany (where the car came from) and providing the required information, as per instructions...but unfortunately they absolutely refuse to help out. Do I have to have a special program or technology in order to get the dump from FIS module? I am sorry if I am wasting your time and my lack of knowledge....had no idea this radio would cause such a headache....
