Isis on VMWare script warning

Hi there,
Throwing out this question since I haven't found a similar topic on DK.

So I've installed ITOOLS and ETK on VMWare ISIS and have no problem with them. Installed ISTA/D and now there started to appear problems (on the data part info in WSM the status was "Recovered"). So i thought maybe SP1 update was needed. Updated and all was appearing to be well i.e. green light on ISIS and updates were all having status "Installed".

Just for fun i checked one of the logs. And there was a warning "could find a pre install script name for the OS and system type".

So it seems that even though the installations seems to be correct, something goes wrong. Does anybody know what check or script is causing this error and how to correct it?
