It is a way to disable the security systen in a car in order to eliminate the codified key and enabling the car can run whit any no chipkey. Its a solution when a car doesnt have keys.

beware that immo killer doesnt clame in full what it says it can do. it doenst turn off the immo from some of the ecus thats listed. cheers.
