    Default MPPS vS VW Crafter!

    With MPPS I'm trying to read the ECU of this 2006 2.5 TDI Vw Crafter!I tryied all the EDC1 drivers available under VW Crafter inside MPPS!I get : Ecu not found, everytime.Anyone that had experiences with this car?Ecu says : EDC16CP . P.S:Vag-Com also doesn't connect!Thanks

    Try with Mercedes Sprinter drivers.

    I also saw VW Phaeton has EDC16CP driver, but it's 3.0TDI
    tomorrow I'll try with MB Sprinter drivers and report!

    I read a Crafter with Byteshooter, but i must put a kable in Pin 72 for K-Line

    Ive try with all ecu drivers from mpps and did not work. Mercedes ecu is some how different. Did not have eeprom and did have piezoelectric injectors. On crafter it has edc16cp34 ecu somehow like audi a6 but did has other protocols. Also will not communicate with vag com, only with vas

    @ chli1976 : Do you mind explainning the whole process.What cable, what pin? How to activate K-Line!
    @
    tehnosoftex So there is no way to read it with MPPS ? I know Galletto doesnt support EDC16Cp, neither does KWP2000+

    Connect this pin with the k-Line from your flasher and read the file.

    There is no cable to the OBD plug.

    Or you upgrade a cable from PIN 72 ECU to Pin 7 OBD plug

    Communications with all control modules in VW Crafter ("LT3") light trucks.

    Not, sure not.
    Only vas-pc, or vag-com original (version beta).
