My dear friend , why do you give so much pain to your self.
Buy adapter for 0.20? , connect wires to it, unsolder mcu from board in 20seconds, and finish the job like a pro.
I remember the times when wasn't any adapters at all (for reasonably price) , and try to imagine to write something to 29F in that way, connecting pins with wire by wire.
Unsolder it, dont be afraid, rest is easy.

ok with help from all you guys i did. thanks.
but now every time i read i get a different reading.
every time i read, it looks less and less like crash dump.
my first two dumps look like crash data i save them. what could be the cause of that?

Youhave always to be with all wires conected between UPA and MCU, only Pin-Reset is lifted, but with wire conected to MCU (just the MCU leg is not conected to PCB board )

yes i check all wires. i even desolder the wires and re-solder them back on. i get Auto baud Rate Success, but now when i read i get all Zeros. (See Picture)

PTA0 voltage not good, must be?~5V (lift pin)
PTC0 voltage not good, must be ~ 5V (lift pin)
IRQ voltage not good must be ~ 10V (lift pin)

And i think auto baud rate should lock arround 14k

I lift the three pins. PTC0. PTA0, IRQ. i get bad connection.(see picture)

Resolder the pads with bad conection to the board.
This maskset could be also MC68HC908AZ60A, you may want to read it has MC68HC908AZ60A and use the following security bytes:
