Default MAN TGA 18.430 - change VIN in all ECU

    Hi Guys!

A client brought here the ECUs of a MAN TGA 18.430 which suffered fire damage.

    VIN: WMAH06ZZ96M439032

    engine number: D2066LF11 50512020961198

The truck was repaired, and they've bought all of the control units from an other MAN TGA.

But now (naturally) the VIN stored in the control units is the one from the scrapped truck. So I would have to write the original VIN into all of the control units.

I would like to kindly ask to tell me which component should I remove and read to gain access to the dump storing the VIN.

Here are the control units/componenst in question:

    Instrument cluster:

I've dismantled the ECU, and read out the dump from the immo EEPROM, but the VIN is not stored in that.

I guess it's in the flash then. Could someone confirm?

The most important modul would be the FFR you wont be able to start the truck if you dont pare it with the imobilizer, i have changed a lot of zbr moduls from one to an other truck without any changes ant it works without any problems, about brakes the you must check that both moduls are from wabco or knorr, dash i dont know.
