    One question:

How do you apply 12V, from external supply or from X-Prog ???

    Thank you in advance.

Sorry, I did not explain well.
My question is if you use an external supply to apply 12V or if you use 12V output from X-Prog.
I suppose you use external supply and you connect 12V and GND in ECU-PLUG. Don't you?

This is for EDC16C34, FAP engine version, not same as EDC16C3.
