Astra-G ECU change

Hi All, I have here:

1 x 2004, Astra-G 1.600 Z16SE, Multec. + car pass (with ~~~~ed ECU)
1 x new \ recon engine ECU that has been re-set
1 x Op-com

I think you all know where this is going after looking at the list of stuff I have, so what's the procedure, step by step would be nice as Im a Div & its the 1st one ive done
