missing channel 4

[HORNET250]

hi i have 2 dreamboxes and 2 sats one at the front and one at the back of my property each one has its own dm box but the one at the front of my place wont pick up channel 4 or channel 4 plus 1h we are on 28.2 east the freq is 12480 v 27499 fec 2/3 stream 704x576 16 9 25fps snr 83% agc 89% ber 0%.any help would be much apprcatied as the one in the back picks it up fine and then if i change the boxes round its the same.
