Default Sprinter 3.0 CDi V6 184 HP DPF OFF problem ECUSafe original

    Hello guys,

I'm writing this post because I have a huge problem with DPF OFF in Mercedes Sprinter 3.0 CDi V6 184 HP with EDC16. I read/write it by KESSv2. Anyway I will describe you the problem.

In the car strange things happen. I wrote into ECU the dump with removed DPF from ECUSafe (different version, last one from 2.0.0.0) and still the same things happen. It looks thereabouts that:

My customer started enignie. Everything seems to be good untill he started driving. When he did it the system begin the burining process of DPF. What is weird in ECU doesn't any errors on original and DPF remove files. WE CHANGE THE AIR FLOW FOR NEW ONE AND EGR FOR NEW ONE and still is the same shit. I don't know what can I do, please help me.

    Car ecu data:

    A 642 150 12 72
    0 281 014 204
    1037505819

    What can I do ? Should I make a eeprom memory ?

In attechment I put files from diffrent version of ECUSafe and from ECUSafe support.

Can you do map well ?

you have to manually disable the fap file, look for a switch and turn off, otherwise you will always have a problem with the recovery, I know because I also had a problem with sprinter

There is a little problem with regeneration because in this car physical part of filter was removed. The part of filter from AUSPUFF. What is more error from the ECU is related with DPF so I can't do regeneration. On the original file I have this error, look at screen

    Hi,
    Tips for Mercedes Benz:
Before removig dpf,egr clear fault memory, and in control unit adaptation make adjustement for new air filter, new air flow, teach new diesel particulate filter.
Check whether the catalyst is also not full and make few holes (drills 12-16 mm for wall),do not remove completly .The same procedure for dpf.
In this way will not affect egr flow, exhaus back pressure.
    Try
