das 1 2011 problems

hello,
now i have a star diagnosis compact3 original one
with update 1/2011
and have some problems

1.Can't make online programming or SCN coding because when he start the programing for example for ETC it takes about 5min and 10 seconds
after 5 mins of working the star stop of working and ask you to contact star diagnosis center

2.xentry No access authorization contact call center

may be it is the clone one ,but not the Original ones .did you bought from china ?

it is original one touch screen star diagnosis compact 3 with all cables and multiblixer every thing is original and the problem also i can't sign in as admin so i can't made any modification any suggestion please

The default password for Xentry installations used to be User$star2004.
That may very well allow you to gain admin access. Then you can get rid of the password all together if desired.

i tried to do the up date for 1 2011 again and i made the date for the star is 17/2/2011
but after installing the CD
the xentry didn't installed and the App-ID 250
so that i can't save the license for that
any help please

I had the same problem with Xentry trying 01-2011. So on Tueday I am
going to have to roll back to a late 2010 version.
Versions 01-2011 and later have some new tricks from Mercedes.

If is still on a monthly subscription to Mercedes? If not then
Mercedes blacklists the units that are not subscribed.

Hello m8,
you need to start Xentry or install the newest Solution on your original maschine,the Xentry/DAS Key from Daimler.
(1 yeahr acess for XENTRY/DAS Cars= 2300 .-Euros )

Load the fixes from here and have fun!!!
For XENTRY Online.flash/coding...you need a Lizens from Daimler.
