EPC WIS Key

I would be most obliged if somebody could please generate me keys for Mercedes EPC and WIS. 05.20210
LAN id is 001966B22C84
EWA version 1.12.223.04

Also what do I need to supply to get a developer key for DAS 09/2010. I want to add fuel capacity etc in display of my 2005 W203
