plz help in cube cafe 200 s development

plz all i tried to extract the image file of gemini for cube cafe 200 s
but i get this error

The image file doesn't have cramfs signatures

other way i tried to extract the gemini image for dream
it was extracted successfuly
but for relook or cube cafe images i got the previous error
i dont know what to do
