    Default problem on 0.8 West

My set up is 1.8M dish with v Box as positioner.Just set up new VU + and have already got sats at 13, 19, 28.2 and 30 west.I have a problem with 0.8 as I can get svery strong signal on BBC World news but when I go to satellite, all the channels are greyed out as soon as I select one.I get "service unavailable check tuner configeration".I'm stumped. Any ideas. Thanks

1.8M, why is your dish so small man, look at my baby :

I get no problem getting 0.8W, Don't even have to move it, i just get the feed directly, this is my fixed dish !

Greyed out channels on my dreambox usually ment my channel list did nt have the channels for that satellite installed . Did you download it from that sat xml database by any chance . As it never seemed to cover 0.8w for me . Try downloading a new list . Or scan the problem sat manually

For me, greyed out channels mean the satellite isn't configured as either USALS or diseqc in system
Setup. Goto menu > setup > tuner config (I think) and set 0.8w as usals.

RubberDuck..I am having this problem with 0.8 west, for some reason It's showing 2 satellite settings for 0.8 west in tuner config. I have tried everything possible to sort within tuner config but no joy, when I go into the channel list the channels are there, but when I select one they all turn to grey. So do I need to update all sat xml or just 0.8 west. All others work fine
I am using sim201-ssl76d-OpenPLi-2-0-beta-dm800-20110402-mfaraj57 which I would like to stay with, unless it's the image that is the problem.
What is the best way to update?

    Thanks for any info mate

    SORTED
I must have had some issues with my last edited set of catseyes settings.
Just edited a clean set, loaded them and a reboot did the job.

Also Thanks to catseye for the great job you do...
