Is there any solution to "downgrade" from xprog-box (unregistered) back to xprog-m v5.0?

reading/writing algo is in *.boo files not in atmega. boo files is same in xprog 5.0 and xprog box.
in blue box yellow man mount bad quality elemnets and upgrade atmega not solved this problem.

I think you're wrong. "yellow man" mount mosfet transistor instead npn transistor with series B and BE resistor. In this case firmware very helpful. See xprog-box firmware issues, they solved this problem. I think *.boo files not firmware configuration files.

that statement sounds to good to be true, the main point of that offer seems to be the surrender of the clone not the catch and release situation.
but who knows, hopefully youre right but still sounds pink.

Setup v5.3 until finish, then copy some files from v5.3 to v5.0 software.
But don't copy 3 files *.exe & *.xml
Run v5.0.

i update it to 5.3 and i copy all the files without the 3 files .exe+xml
but the device is silent

If update the firmware, xprog-m will be not working.
So need activation code from developer.

i think that any one can update his xprogm to 5.3v without probleme
