Need Help with Star Diagnosis

Hi
I have problem with my MB star diagnosis.
When i connect my first car in the morning evrything works fine ( CESAR TEST says that evrything is ok) . After some long working (maybe after an hour ) ,or after swiching to another car i start to lose connection ( In quick test components dont respond ,and if i go back to cars and chose my car again it doesnt read vehicle data ( it asks for vin number etc.) , and CESAR TEST says "Device Isnt in state available" ) .
If I disconect the multiplexer from computer and car and wait maybe half an hour the same thing hapens (cant read vehicle data ) , but if i wait two or three hours it works again. But again if i change the car or work longer problem starts again.

Sorry for my bad English.
If somebody has the solution please help me.

i have heard that, China clone can't work in 07 or 05 2010 das.

Put it in your Recycle Bin and Buy NEW and with BETTER Quality.....

IF you are still under Warranty = Good Luck!

But where can I buy good quality multiplexer ,and how can I be sure that it isnt chinease clone as this one
