Mercedes ME 9.7 file upload

Can somebody upload virgin files to Mercedes W221 Me9.7 A 273 153 5079 I`m little bit confused because I have software " MB ECU Renew Tool V 1.7" This tool suppose to make the dumps Virgin. According to my knowledge To make this ECU virgin I have to modify three chips in it
1 " MPC 564 " Main Processor.
2 " 95080" EEPROM
3 " M58B" Flasch

Looks like the calculator can modify only two of these chips 2 and 3 Does that mean I dont have to touch MPC 564 to make it Virgin?

Have somebody used this tool succesfully to make this ECU Virgin?

I found one site which sells Virgin dumps( link below), For my Me9.7 they offer only dumps from "MPC 564" and "95080" so they don`t offer "M58B" . Why ? Its not needed ?
