    Default ok ?10 paypal payment to who gets me up and running

    ?10 to who eva helps me get starview 7 up and running, i have posted on here a few times today but not really got anywhere, got the new firmware 12/05/11, followed instructions but only 4 channels scanning, these are all freeview hd channels, this is not the hd box and even tho its only 4 channels none work. please help!

    Without stating the obvious after the update you did a factort default rescanned without lan reconnected lan switched everythig off for 30 secs switched back on input 1819 if you did that mate should be all good..................

    dont pay anyone mate it must be your symbol rate thats wrong set it to auto and see wot comes up

    tried it all again, still 4 channels that dont work. i have tried doing it with all symbol rates now inc auto and i still get the same. il pay if i can get it working, easy tenna for sum1

    Go menu utillty system info and it should read SW:2.12-ukc.......

    im just really stummped, am i using wrong firmware? i got the latest one showmustgoon2, only out a couple of days ago.

    if you have a cable splitter, try scanning for channels with the splitter off and just have your main cable wire connect to your box and nothing else, maybe bad signal

    every thing is conected fine, tried it at my dads house and its the same there.
