Just updated SIS 2011A over 2010A and program doesn't running

The message is:

The data currently installed is not compatible with the software that is installed. Please shutdown the application and update your data to the appropiate version.

How are you able to use the 2011 version without an STW, data, and rerr files?? Are you??

HI all,
Here is the link for SIS2011A.But the problem is only the license key.I know some of the genius can have solution for it .If some body can generate key for it please let us know.
