Hino Explorer install problem

I installed the Hino Explored software on a vista 32 bit laptop, but when I try and open it up I get a pop up saying
"Failed to implement communication driver"
"Check the installation of the driver"

I installed the bowie driver in case this was the problem, but I still can not get past this pop up,
Anyone any ideas on what is wrong.

You dont state which version Dx -- only
2.03 compatible with vista.(i think)

Install the latest drivers from Nexqi usb
and see what happens.

I was trying to install version 2.02, I guess this is the problem

Drivers are located in:
Bowie Driver.

Older nexiq drivers you had to manually select and install hino j2534 driver support. New version installs it automatically. Do as mozzie says and take it from there.

THIS IS VERY NORMAL...SEE IN DEARBORN GROUP THE PHYTON DRIVERS AND DOWNLOAD THE LAST ONE BEFORE LAST...AND MAKE A PROFF...
