reading at the end of the flash with cock 1260 (boot mode) error message
I did not know that one must first read the serial eeprom
I have some hope to recover this ECU?

remove and read the eprom on a programer like
gq 4x and then rewrite it
and its fixed

Your file is fine and your eeprom is also fine. Re-write the same stock file in the car again and the eeprom will correct itself. Switch gear to neutral before you flash and after flash switch ignition off and wait for the cluster to shut down before you try to start. Takes roughly 30 seconds. Important!

I rewrote the original file and everything is correct

when you sayd its locked i assume that you could
no longer read or write (Thats Lock)
