i check need use forever without internet connection ..
otherwise the problem returns!!!

The solution is (delete the software then install and active again):

1- Uninstall the software
2- Delete the license (search folder name autocom in windows. and delete all folders)
3- Setup software. And make activation


The steps for not detect VCI:

1. Disconnect from internet
2. Delete folder with all files in it: "c:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Autocom
3. Delete folder with all files in it: "c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autocom
4. Start Main.exe, reactivate software and you're done!
5. Most important, stay off line from the internet.

yoy need block Main.exe access internet.
yoy may modify registry or use an antivirus to block main.exe

Mate Chinese seller don't have European cars or American to test.
Second they are seller, most of them are students which do this for extra money.
They have maybe two offices on square metters.
It is simply to sell tools if you are in China, you don't need to invest anything.
Look how it works:
They share some pics on their webshops, then when you decide to buy you'll send the money by paypal or whatever, then with your money they buy the tool from factory, n no no, from other resellers, and after the courier deliver the package they change the adress with yours and contact another courier and send you the package.
Do you any TEST in this "tree"
Come on you must to have luck or to spend time waiting other fullish guys to buy one product or other and show their experience with the tool you want to buy.
And from this thread to you think that Autocom clones are a very good tool?

I have same problem but only with s/n 30250, s/n 30847 work without problem.. Know anybody how change serial number??

Now I tested bmw 530 Diesel E39 530D DDE 4.0 and can not find Ecu engine.. all another ecu yes.

You probably have a bad relay who are always on and KKL don't work . But you can verify resistor R74 R75 390 Ohm
