try it using USB connection only

If all usb/bluetooth configuration fails open your autocom, re-flow both boards, add solder in places where you see it's not enough. This could fix your autocom. Fixed one like that.

Hi thanks for the info.
Upon reading up on it
I believe the firmware has been erased from the 29F800 chip.
I did ask the suppliers who supplied it to send me a new chip but they refuse they say I need to send it back at my cost. Really not worth doing.
I havent a suitable programmer to reflash the said chip I only have the UPA.
