    Maybe you can change the serial in your tool with onea which it is not considered cloned
    I don't know much in this tool
    I can do just suppositions
    When the softwear consider your serial as from a genuine tool you can upgrade the firmwear.
    Or you can read the firmwear from a tool with firmwear upgraded.
    And now I will say again.
    I don't have this tool.
    I just can give you some ideas and you have to check, that's all I can do it

    @met76

    I have same problem.... Did you try to copy firmware folder from another version ( i have only 1.2011 so I can't try anything else) into firmware folder of your instalation (Crogram files/autocom/firmware ) ?
