No clear Delphi...Only You need change nozzle or valve.

if mechanically ok, cleaning will help. Run good injector cleaner directly from can.
Connect directly to fuel supply and with filter on return.
Original in / out pipes from tank need to be bypassed.

If Delphi diesel you either run a can of cleaner through or Take them out and send them for testing.
