    Default technomate tm600/500 sound problem

I have a technomate tm 600 and it has been working for a year now without any problems and recently on all the Disney channels and s*y movies the sound has disappeared . I hv seatched all over the Internet and could not find any solutions . disable was on 4:3 is disabled and ac3 default output is enabled, I hv tried changing these but there is no effect. the box is connected through a scart straight into my 50" flatscreen tv. thank you in advance

I rescanned all the transponders, but no luck . I'm pretty sure that it is to do with the settings or it may be a technical fault thankyou for your quick reply too bad we lost

yes, my box came preloded , I pay per month to a guy, I managed to get the pin code from the guy and he taught me how to scan for transponders, I am connected by a scart and it was working fine until I changed the setting not to send wss signal when 4:3 ,the sound stopped working then . I hv tried reverting the settings back and fourth but it still hasn't worked.

Try pressing the "audio" button on your remote and change the audio setting to English.
