W220 S 600 ME 2.7 data stored on a Chip and eeprom

Hi all members.

Please help ~
I have W220 S 600 ME 2.7 data stored on a Chip and eeprom would like to know.

1. VIN Data.
2. MAP Data.
3. SCN Data.
4. Coding and Options Data.
5. Immo Data.
6. CAN Data.

Pictures are attached to the data would be very much appreciated marking.

lot of Questions about ME 2.7 , i can tell that ME 2.7 is same as ME 2.8 , but it have two ECU's inside , you can see two AMD Flash and two ST 95P08 EEPROM , the flash Memory store the RIGHT, the ST 95P08 which it located on down side of the ECU in the middle containe the VIN,SCN data or you can call it factory data as well and the IMMO Data , the other ST 95P08 EEPROM located on the same side of the ECU on right it store only the factory data for ECU so you don't need to remove if you need to renew this kind of ECU ,hope this info help you .

The pictures are from a ME2.7.2, not from a ME2.7.
ME2.7.2 is used on V12 biturbo and ME2.7 is used on V8 NA. Totally different ecus!
