Well I know this is probaly too late to solve your problem but Im just now reading this post, I have something to say about your issue that can help you and others in the future
If you enterd the code with op com then probably it has swapped the code in the CIM its happend to me also and after lots and lots of research I managed to disover that code in the CIM was enterd like this.
EXAMPLE : You enterd 4564 in a virgin CIM and it was accepted ok after a recycle of the ignition you re enter the same code 4564 for programming or coding or what ever and you get wrong code enterd, Its beacause CIM has stored the code swaped and is now recodnized like this (5446),I think its some bug in op com that has not been discoverd and fixed by developers.Any way to get done with this you
need to enter your code swapped so CIM can see it propaly. So let say our ori code is like our friends here 4564 you need to enter it 5446 and all will be ok.
    ENJOY GUYS !!!!

OR as selling is against DK Rules, simply handing it out for free?

I know it would get cracked and will end up on here no matter what I do to protect it.

That will then just end up with ebay full of people offering decoding for ?10 or ?20 as they currently do with the software aquer posted on here after I put the algo for CD30 MP3. Can't complain though as he helped me start my software off by showing me how to load in the bin and interrogate it.

Every item I can calc for I have personally bought the parts to learn how to do it and then spent hours doing so.

I Know DK is all about sharing, which is why I will give the codes out, but the whole software is another matter as I'm not sure it makes business sense for me to do so at the moment.
