    Question missing chanels on dreambox 500c

    i got right flash and the dreambox500_c was ok till yesterday but today missing some asian chanels i try to do auto scan 3&4 time but result same .any help please?

    Chances are its a signal strength problem, try a signal booster.

    For other users benefit, sometimes its cos the signal is too strong. I've had to add an attenuator before I could get some channels

    A Very Good Point , Not all signal issues are down to the signal being too weak, could actually be too strong... more common in ex TW area's as the cab outputs are higher and attenuators are used to get signal within spec.

    In ex NTL area's however you could be on the wrong tap back in the cabinet resulting in either too high or too low signals as the signal is attenuated on spcecific taps in that cab dependent on the distance from the cabinet to your home.
