Latest firmware for openbox S9 / S10

i cannot beleive that with so many updated firmwares they still cannot fix the audio problems on ac3 sound ! thats terrible !
i must have tried about 10 different firmwares all the same ! and the latest doesnt fix it either !
or am i missing something like 1 particular firmware that does work ok on sound ?
at least it doesnt reboot all the time anymore !

don't think your missing anything mate. Mine still does it on my S9. I gave up updating about 3 or 4 months ago.

tried loading new f/w but it says mismatch any body no why

this is my own dump file with sly bouquets for s9 with the best sound settings out of all the images i`ve tried !

just keep the sound volume on stb at 3/4 volume and should work fine !

mgcamd still not working on any image i have tested !

my problem is mgcamd not working now !

the attached dump is C2HS2-11-09-14

BEWARE ! i have not tried this image on a clone box ! mine is original !

Hi all. I have been using these boxes for long time. never had trouble with mgcamd. if anybody requires anything for these boxes post it here and i will upload it. you can also email me on ( no addys

). i am uploading a dump for S10. Only use this on Original Boxes not Clones. It has 13 Favourite groups.CCcam and mgcamd pre installed. Dhcp ON as default.

Is that by pressing 777777 try 8888 it will probably give you a different ccid.

hey guys, i have bought an openbox s9 and it is on an older firmware. june 2011. if i upgrade using this one would i lose all my channels/favourites etc? also would i need to reconfigure my ccam server? im not too familiar with all this.

would i need a backup?

any help would be much appreciated.

It will work on s11.
to check chip on s9. got to menu and information.press 7 few times until chip id comes up.on s10 you have to press 8 few times until you get chip id

What is the firmware version you used, and is it save to use on my s9hd to update with this firmware.

I havent tried it on s9 yet but i do have a latest firmware for s9. i am gonna put latest channel list on it and then upload it. hopefully tomorrow. For quicker responce people can email me directly on ( NO ADDYS
