PROBLEM WITH ADOBE FLASH PLAYER

does anyone know what that problem is why i cant download any plugins through my flashplayer everytime i try to download pluglings on certain websites , it comes up with failed

I think you have to find newest flash player to install. before you install fully remove the old one if impossible to the replace old one...

i have been on the adobe website and downloaded the latest flashplayer on the list and it still comes come up as failed when i try to download flashplayer.
