upa usb damage after install v1.2

Please can ypu help ? I am looking for solution for upausb 1.1
When i install upausb 1.2 , my upa damage . I write dump to 24c128
Give me message ;
upa usb connected ,programmer not found 1001

After rewrite atmel at24c128 UPA as unknow device too.

You lost the RS232-USB converter firmware!

I tray this in one clone with change one from the orguinal.

CY7C 68013 dont have internal ROM.
This chip based on core 8051
8051 in this chip can boot from RAM.
Firmware may written to RAM only from USB and i1c eeprom.
This chip dont have firmware.
I will try another dump.

hi friends, i bye the upa 1.1 , i upgrade this a 1.2 version and now dont work.
i write the 24c128(with file in this discussion) and now the pc see the upa programmer.
i try to read one eeprom 95640 but telle me only error.
help me please.thank you
i post my original upa dump after the upgrade.
the image is upa after write the 24c128.
