Hello
I received package with UPA usb from CHINA, but it doesn't work.
When I try to read 95640 or 93c46 it shows only FF FF.
Whe i run self test it fails 6 tests on 5V.
I attach a file containing test.
Maybe someone has that case and know how to repair that?

Upa USB reads always FF FF FF..-china clone.
