Hello Mate,
I have here a 2007 Toyota Highlander (USA Model) with all smart keys lost.
Customer has bought two of these keys which i want to program to the car using the TOYOTA INTELLIGENT TESTER II.
Knowing that this can be possible only if ignition is switched ON, i really need help in how to SWITCH IGNITION ON on this car prior to key registration.
In other words what is the procedure to follow in order to Put ignition ON on this car?
NB: The Toyota is the USA Model.

Post Dumps for ID BOX and Smart ECU... n keys did you purchase according to chassis number???
