land cruiser 2010 navigation system

hello
i have problem in land cruiser 2010 in the navigation system with part no 86431-60300 made by fujisten ten
which it content the A/C control + sound system
all are stopped the only thing is in the screen is

(( A program cannot be read Please consult to a dealer))

i try to diagnos using all the tools i have (TIS+X431+carmanlite)but no way to conect to the navigation system

so pls can any one help

it using dvd inside the glove box

but their is no dvd cd with car

the country is not imprtant for me i just whant the screen to work to adjust the A/C and the other function
i am not in situation can let me to chose the country
any country u have to let it to work ok

other thing what do u think the problem their !
the owner said their is electrice short has happened in the ABS while they are replacing shock absorber
